If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, you must email or call 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show bill. Additionally, if you fail to attend an appointment without advance notice, you will be billed for the full 50-minute session.
Our fee is $180 per session for either individual or family therapy. Each session has a duration of 50 minutes.
Diana Mayer and Associates does not participate with any insurance company, but as a licensed mental health practice, our services are reimbursed by most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company to get information about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Before we begin our work together, please make sure you fill the Agreement for Therapy Services, Intake Assessment Form, and the Informed Consent for Treatment of Children and Authorization to Release Information forms.
